Exam
CHC Exam resources support Applicants during the Examination phase of the certification process.
The CHC Certification Exam is offered twice yearly, Monday-Friday, in April and October. Registration is open for seven weeks prior to the exam month. Exam costs include a $35 application fee and the $500 exam fee ($350 for retake exams). Exam scores will be made available 2 weeks after the close of the Exam cycle.
The exam must be taken in the US or Canada.
Guidelines for Use of the CCH designation:

An Active certificant may use the initials CCH after their name during the period for which they are in good standing.

A Retired certificant may use the initials CCH(Ret) after their name in perpetuity.

Any certificant who has not resigned or whose certification has lapsed, expired, been suspended or revoked may not use the CCH or CCH(Ret) designation.
